Wella has worked in the health and wellness industry for over 10 years as a registered nutritionist. Through years of practice, she has noticed physical activity has a profound impact in addition to a nutritious diet. It cultivated her passion in pursuing the career and extending the knowledge of exercise. While she has been helping ample clients achieve health day to day, she juggled between sedentary work and physical activities like most people. After suffering from multiple muscle/ joint pains from prolonged sitting and unsophisticated exercise practice, she finally devoted herself into the fitness industry to complete the expertise of overall wellbeing.

She has been a nature enthusiast and water sports lover since a young age. Her interest makes her a strong believer of the importance to upkeep functional movements that mimic real-world activities, from fundamental strength to everyday mobility and stability. Building a strong, balanced body to stay injury-free and move at ease confidently is a cornerstone of a joyful, active life.

She has acquired proficiencies of a diverse training goals from complete fitness beginner, post injury rehabilitation, posture correction, pre/post-natal reformer pilates to athletic performance. Her experience has helped a wide range of individuals getting stronger, moving in better range, agility and confidence in daily life and movements. Her personal training brings a unique and holistic perspective that integrates nutrition, exercise and lifestyle strategies to extend healthspan and independence as we age in a sustainable manner.
