How long does a physiotherapy session last?
Your initial physiotherapy session lasts about 45 minutes. Follow-up sessions are usually 30 or 45 minutes, depending on your needs. Personal training sessions are 60 minutes, while sessions designed for senior citizens typically run for about 45 minutes.
Can I claim my insurance?
Helix physiotherapists are registered with the Hong Kong Board, making us a recognised physiotherapy service provider with most insurance companies. Please review your insurance policy’s terms and conditions to confirm your specific coverage.
What kind of pains/conditions do you manage?
Physiotherapy can help with musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain, and mobility issues. We create personalised plans tailored to your goals, addressing both common concerns and long-standing problems. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Per our cancellation policy, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your session. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee.

How do I qualify for the Senior Citizens Personal Training Programme?
You become eligible for the Senior Citizens Personal Training Programme on your 60th birthday. If you’re under 60, you can join our regular Personal Training programme instead.
How fit do I have to be to join the Senior Citizens Personal Training Programme?
