Active his entire life, Blake participated in a wide variety of sports including rugby, football, basketball, handball, dodgeball, and swimming. His father was the one to inspire him to start working out from a young age.

Blake understands how intimidating it can feel to start a fitness journey, which is why he is so passionate about helping others jumpstart their own health and wellness goals. He knows that living a healthy lifestyle is not just about exercise, but a balance between exercise and nutrition. This is why he chose to pursue a bachelor’s degree in both nutrition and kinesiology.

At the age of 19, Blake competed in his first bodybuilding competition and placed first. Now, he finds joy in using his own experience and qualifications to help people of all backgrounds, from bodybuilding athletes to the elderly. Working with diverse clients has taught Blake that sustainable fat loss is about more than just a “chicken and rice” diet.
